Oliver Taylor - Managing Director

Olly is a competent business owner with 25 years of commercial management experience. Olly collaborates with clients, business associates and his team to deliver the best solution for your business risk requirements. His hands-on approach and commitment to practical solutions and quality enables more effective risk awareness, management and implementation.

Prior to establishing his own business, Olly was Facilities Manager for a large international PLC with 40 offices worldwide, and is familiar with many industry sectors.

Married and based in the East Midlands, Olly enjoys family time in the country as well as tennis, fly fishing, golf and cricket.

Surveyor Network

SRC’s highly qualified and experienced surveyors and liability specialists understand the insurance industry’s requirements. SRC’s property surveyors are trained and have a detailed knowledge of property, values and associated risks as most are Chartered Surveyors.

SRC’s network is strategically based around the UK and will cover all areas including Ireland. SRC is able to survey a diverse range of commercial and high value residential properties, as well as the complexities of liability issues.

Property Surveyors

Territory map SRC’s team of professional, qualified and experienced surveyors undertake surveys throughout the UK and Ireland. SRC is continually increasing the network through a selective recruitment process to ensure the right calibre of surveyor is employed.

SRC’s surveyors apply their knowledge and skills to survey commercial properties nationwide. A surveyor is assigned a ‘territory’ or area within a 50 miles radius of their base to minimise travel costs.

Territories vary however the image shows typical coverage.

Liability Surveyors & Consultants

SRC’s Liability Surveyors or Consultants are generally either NEBOSH or CMIOSH qualified. Olly Taylor has been a leading Liability Surveyor for the Lloyds London Market, since 2003.

SRC continue to expand and develop the liability offering, Health & Safety services and the Consulting team.
